Section 1: Purchasing
We handle everything - supplier sourcing, inventory planning, order placement, and product inspections. Our all-inclusive unit price covers it all, with no hidden charges.

Storage fees only apply when you purchase items outside of Sourcingbro. We charge $30 CBM per month, or about $25.5 per cubic foot, and is prorated daily.

Sourcingbro is ideal for Shopify merchants generating more than 10 orders per day who are seeking to streamline their supply chain, improve fulfillment efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Our services are designed for those handling their own fulfillment, using 3PL services, or dropshipping and desiring more control over their operations.
We accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer, and TransferWise. We can receive payments in multiple currencies including USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, etc., saving you the hassle of currency conversion. Please note that we currently do not accept credit card payments.
Storage volume is calculated based on your product’s dimensions (length, width, height). You can enter your product dimensions in our Order Management System (OMS), and we’ll also measure them to ensure accuracy. This helps ensure that you’re billed accurately for your storage use. Merchants who source their products from Sourcingbro always receive free storage.
1) For purchasing:
We require full payment before the supplier ships the goods, as we need to pay the supplier in full. For purchases over $10,000 we usually require a 30% deposit with the balance paid before shipment. However, we guarantee the security of the entire transaction and payment process.
2) For fulfillment:
We only require a deposit upon signing up, starting from $100. After that, you can recharge as needed to ensure there is sufficient balance in your account for shipping.
No, you only pay for the services you need. Each part of our service is priced separately. For example, if you already have reliable sourcing but need help with warehousing and shipping, our fulfillment and storage services would be ideal for you. Conversely, if you want to manage your own fulfillment but need help sourcing products, you can solely use our purchasing services.
Our basic packing materials include a poly mailer, bubble wrap or packing paper for protection, and packing tape. If you require custom packaging, there’s an additional fee between $0.15 and $2 per package, depending on your specific requirements.
We don’t require you to sign any contracts, and you can cancel our services at any time without incurring any additional fees. However, please note that if you need our assistance to pack or transfer your inventory, fees may apply.
